• Entry point for EES car rider drop off in the morning is the middle gate at EMS. The gate in front of EES is for staff and bus entry only. The EES back gate is used only for bus entrance.
• Entry point for EES car rider pick up in the afternoon is the middle gate at EMS. The gate in front of EES is for bus entrance and parent exit only. The EES back gate is for bus entrance only.
• Expect longer than usual wait times the first week of school. We generally have less car riders after the first week of school.
• Parent(s) will be allowed to walk students to class Tuesday and Wednesday if desired. If you are walking students to class, you will need to park and come to the front door (please note parking is limited and we can not guarantee open spaces). Parents will be allowed to enter with students at 8:00. Our instructional day begins at 8:20.
• All transportation requests being made by phone need to be made prior to 2:00 each day.
• Per safety procedures with car rider pick up, parent sign outs of students at the front desk will need to be made prior to 2:45 (or after all car riders have been picked up).
• We will begin allowing parent visitors for lunch on Monday, 8/19. We appreciate your patience this week as we are establishing lunch procedures with our students.
