Include child's name & grade for the 2026-2027 school year on order

Instructions for placing an online order for EES Uniforms & Spirit Wear with Southern Designs and Signs
If a QR Code is available, scan the code and you will be directed to the website. If you do not
have access to a QR Code, go to the Southern Designs and Signs website. In the upper right-hand
corner will be a list of all group sales currently open.
Click on the link for the group sale you want to purchase from
Click on the item. Use the drop-down menus and free text boxes to choose size, color, enter
student’s name, etc.
Choose quantity
Press “Add to Cart”
Continue shopping until you are ready to checkout. Click “Checkout”
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SELECTED THE CORRECT SIZES AND ITEMS. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE
AFTER ORDER IS PLACED
Enter customer details (email, name, phone number, etc.)
Click “Continue”
Enter payment information
Click box “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Return Policy”
Click “Place Order & Pay”
DO NOT CLOSE THE SCREEN UNTIL THE NEXT SCREEN IS DISPLAYED. IT
WILL HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER. PRINT THIS PAGE OR WRITE DOWN
YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
If you do not see the screen with the order number, you order was not placed. The items you
put in your cart will be sitting in an “abandoned cart” and you will not receive them
Most abandoned carts will receive an automated email reminding you that your order was not
completed
Check your form of payment (bank account, Apple Pay, etc.) to ensure your order went through
